Signing in takes two steps: your email first, then your password or your organisation’s single sign-on. If one-time password (OTP) verification is switched on for your organisation, there is one more step to confirm it’s you.
On the sign-in page, type your registered work email in the Enter email field and click Next.
If your organisation uses single sign-on you are taken to its own sign-in page — see Sign in with SSO. Otherwise the Welcome back screen shows the email you entered; click Change if it is wrong.
Type your password and click Sign In. On a device only you use you can tick Remember me to stay signed in on that browser for 60 days — see Remember me.
If OTP verification is on, a one-time password is sent to your registered email and mobile number. Type it and click Verify OTP. It is valid until the time shown on the screen; use Resend OTP if it does not arrive.
Cannot receive the OTP? Choose Do not have access to OTP?, answer your security questions and click Validate.
After signing in you land on Select a Module, where you choose the product you want to work in.
“The email address you entered is not registered” means RegTrack does not know that address — check for typos, or ask your administrator to add you.
Signing in for the first time
Your administrator creates your account and RegTrack emails you a temporary password. The first sign-in asks you to replace it and to set up how you will verify your identity later.
Enter your email and click Next, then type the temporary password from the email and click Sign In.
On the Change Password screen, type the temporary password as the old password, then your new password twice, and click Submit.
A one-time password is sent to your registered email and mobile number. Type it and click Verify OTP.
If you cannot receive the OTP, choose Do not have access to OTP? and set three security questions with their answers. Two of them are asked whenever you cannot use an OTP later.
Sign in again with your new password.
Passwords are 8 to 15 characters with at least one number and one symbol, no spaces, and cannot repeat a password you used before.
Security-question answers are case-sensitive — remember the exact spelling you used.
Forgot your password?
You can reset your own password from the password screen. RegTrack verifies it’s you and emails you a link to set a new one.
Enter your email and click Next, then click Forgot Password? on the password screen.
On the Reset Password screen, type your registered email and click Submit.
Check your inbox for the email from RegTrack and click the reset link inside it.
Choose your new password on the page that opens — 8 to 15 characters, with at least one number and one symbol, and no spaces.
Sign in with your new password. There is nothing to type back on the screen you started from.
The link works once and expires after 1 hour — request a fresh one if it has run out.
The email usually arrives within a minute — check your spam or junk folder before requesting another one.
Account locked?
RegTrack locks your account after several consecutive wrong-password attempts to protect it. You can unlock it yourself in a minute; you do not need your administrator.
Click Account Locked? on the sign-in page, or the click here link in the locked-account message.
On the Unlock Your Account screen, type your registered email and click Submit.
A one-time password is sent to your registered email and phone. Type it and click Verify OTP — or, if you cannot receive it, answer your security questions instead.
Your account is unlocked. Go back to the sign-in page and sign in as usual.
If you have also forgotten the password, unlock the account first and then use Forgot Password?.
Using Remember me
The Remember me tick-box keeps you signed in on that browser for up to 60 days, so you do not have to type your password every time. It is meant for a device only you use.
On the password screen, tick Remember me — it sits next to Forgot Password?.
Type your password and click Sign In as usual.
You are signed in and taken to the Select a Module screen, or straight into your product if you have only one.
Next time you open RegTrack on the same browser — even after closing and reopening it — you are signed in automatically, without typing your password, and land on Select a Module again.
To stop this, use Logout when you finish, or sign in again with Remember me left unticked. Changing or resetting your password also clears it.
It only signs you in automatically on the same network you were on when you ticked it — anywhere else you are asked for your password as usual, with your email already filled in. The 60 days runs from the last time you typed your password, not from an automatic sign-in.
Never tick Remember me on a shared or public computer — anyone who opens RegTrack in that browser goes straight into your account.
Sign in with Google
If your organisation uses Google Workspace and your RegTrack account is linked to it, you can sign in with your Google account instead of a RegTrack password.
On the sign-in page, click Sign in with Google.
Choose your work Google account, or type your organisation email address and Google password when Google asks for them.
You are returned to RegTrack. If OTP verification is on for your organisation, type the one-time password sent to you and click Verify OTP, or answer your security questions.
Use the same email address that is registered in RegTrack. A personal Gmail address will not work unless your administrator has registered it.
Sign in with SSO
Single sign-on (SSO) lets you use your company credentials — for example your Microsoft or Google work account — instead of a separate RegTrack password. There is no separate SSO page any more: everything starts from the same sign-in screen.
On the sign-in page, type your work email and click Next.
RegTrack recognises accounts set up for SSO and sends you to your organisation’s sign-in page automatically.
Sign in there the way you normally do at work — username, password and any verification your organisation requires, such as an authenticator code or a text message.
You are returned to RegTrack already signed in.
If you are asked for a RegTrack password instead of being redirected, your account is not set up for SSO yet — contact your administrator.
Some organisations have their own sign-in address (for example a company-specific RegTrack link). If your administrator gave you one, use that link.
